ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I've worked hard to perfect my presets before releasing them to the public, definitely check out my photography account on instagram as well as my preset instagram account @erika_brooke_presets where you can find other photographers who have used and loved my presets too.
No! I always encourage you to make tweaks / adjustments that will look best on your images. Lighting and other sceneries can always come into play when it comes to preset packs. And you should totally adjust to find the perfect style you love with my presets.
No you should be able to go back to the email you received with your purchase. But if you have any issues, contact me through email and we can figure it out as long as you can provide proof of your past purchase!
